Assumption Catholic School’s five-day full-time kindergarten classes are known for their preparation for students to be successful in the first grade. The kindergarten year is an important foundation year – a bridge from home and preschool to more formal schooling. Assumption’s kindergarten fosters cooperative learning where each student forms a solid, developmentally appropriate foundation in the areas of religion, reading, math, language arts, socialization, and physical education. Our kindergarten students also attend library media, music and physical education classes.
