Current Uniform Guidelines:

GIRLS' UNIFORM:
Plaid Jumper (K-5). Plaid Skirt no shorter than 2" above the knee (6-8).

Plain white cotton/polyester knit shirt with collar (long or short sleeves) or plain white blouse with Peter Pan collar - no turtlenecks. Shirts are to be tucked in at all times.

During the winter months, because of inclement weather, girls may wear pants (the principal will announce the date). Thin-wale corduroy pants for K-5 and plain twill navy blue pants for Middle School (6-8). Middle school students may wear khaki twill pants. Khaki pants are to be purchased from School Days Uniforms. Pants cannot be too tight, baggy, too long, and no cargo, flair or hip hugger (low rider) pants. Pants should have a permanent pressed seam.

BOYS' UNIFORM:
Plain navy blue thin-wale corduroy pants (K-5). Plain navy blue pleated twill pants (6-8). Pants (K-8) should not be too tight, baggy, too long and not flair pants or cargo pants. Pants should have a permanent pressed seam.

Middle school students (6-8) may wear khaki twill pants. Khaki pants are to be purchased from School Days Uniforms.

BOYS/GIRLS:
Plain navy blue v-neck pullover sweater or navy blue sweatshirt (optional for grades 6-8).

Plain navy blue cardigan sweater or navy blue sweatshirt (optional for grades K-5).

Navy blue twill walking shorts (just above the knee) can be worn from March 21 to September 21 ONLY. Middle school students (6-8) may wear khaki twill walking shorts. Khaki shorts must be ordered from School Days Uniforms.

Tie shoes are to be worn at school (no sandals, flip-flops, clogs, dress boots, wedge sole, slip on athletic, Velcro closing or high heels). If rain/snow boots are worn to school, regular shoes should be brought to change into for classroom wear.

Only plain solid white socks are to be worn (no short ankle socks). Socks are not to have decoration or logos on them. Girls can wear white or navy blue tights.

PLAIN MEANS:
No lace, ruffles, fancy buttons, ties, bows, emblems, etc. No decorative stitching, extra zippers, pockets, etc. No bulky or cable knit sweaters.

If a sweatshirt is worn to school it must be plain navy or one with the Assumption logo or Assumption logo fleece vest. No other fleece vets are to be worn in school. Middle school students may wear the Assumption Catholic School athletic sweatshirt. The athletic sweatshirt is pre-printed. Do not put anything on the back unless it is the student’s Christian first name and/or last name.

A school uniform shirt or blouse must be worn under the sweatshirt. No shorts showing under skirts or jumpers. Shirts and blouses must be tucked in . Students that are not in clean and proper uniform will have a note sent home to be signed and returned
