Assumption Catholi c S c hool is a c c redited by the Western Catholi c Edu c ational Asso c iation (WCEA).  WCEA a c c redits Catholi c elementary and se c ondary s c hools in nine western states (26 (ar c h) dio c eses) and the US Territory of Guam.  WCEA c o-a c c redits and is in partnership with three Regional agen c ies (WASC, NAAS, NCA CASI) and two private agen c ies ( CAIS and HAIS).   WCEA began in 1957 in San Fran c is c o and has a long and su c c essful history of assisting s c hool improvement through the a c c reditation pro c ess.
